Balance with Bach

Learn how to bring about balance and healing in your life and home with the original Bach Rescue Remedy

We live in very trying times. Probably all of us are affected by different forms of stress, which has a negative physical and emotional impact on us. It leads to feelings of mistrust, rejection, anger and depression, which in turn can cause health problems such as headaches, stomach upsets, rashes, insomnia, ulcers, heart disease and stroke. We need to learn to manage stress, starting at an emotional level. This is where Bach Rescue Remedy can assist us.

Dr Edward Bach practiced in London as a consultant, bacteriologist and homeopath for over 20 years, but gave up his lucrative practice to devote all his time to seek energies in the plant world which would restore vitality to the sick, so that they would be able to overcome negative states of mind and so assist in their own healing.

Dr Bach founded 38 flower remedies to cover all known negative states of mind. He combined five of these remedies to formulate an emergency composite, Bach Rescue Remedy. The five essences are:

  • Impatiens
  • Cherry Plum
  • Clematis
  • Star of Bethlehem
  • Rock Rose

Bach Rescue Remedy is the most popular and well known of the Bach Flower Remedies.  It can safely be used by all, no matter what age, state of mind or health; it is useful to both mother and child during pregnancy and after birth and even on pets and other animals. Bach Rescue Remedy is offered in three formats:

  • Rescue Remedy 10 ml or 20 ml
